A Private Movement Meditation Session is more than a workout—it’s a sacred space to return to your body, unlock your energy, and move through what’s been holding you back. This 1:1 experience blends guided intuitive movement, Reiki healing, and coaching to support your physical, emotional, and energetic alignment. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking emotional release, or simply craving a deeper connection to your body, this session meets you where you are—with compassion, intention, and presence. Each session is customized based on your energy and intention. We begin by grounding into the body and breath, then gently shift into movement meditation—infused with elements of yoga, sensual flow, and rhythmic exploration. You'll be invited to follow your own rhythm while receiving gentle prompts designed to release stuck energy, spark joy, and awaken your inner power. Reiki energy is offered during a designated portion of the session, helping to clear and balance your energetic field. We'll close with a short integration where you'll receive intuitive insights and reflective coaching to help you carry the magic forward. This is a space to be witnessed, celebrated, and held—in full permission to feel, move, and heal. You don’t need dance experience.
